Farndon Fields is an award winning family run business which was established in 1983 and strives to be the ultimate destination for local food and farming. The business is located on the edge of Market Harborough and currently consists of a 500 acre arable farm, a large farm shop with a butchery, deli, garden and a restaurant, employing a team of 75 people.

The Farm Shop is open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday. We are looking for a part-time flexible team member who is available to work on weekends in the farm shop and extra hours when required.

Our philosophy is to sell top quality seasonal food using the produce that has been grown on our farm and fantastic local suppliers.

We are passionate about providing a customer experience that is different with exceptional service and food. You will share our passion for food and take pride in creating a fantastic customer experience, previous retail experience is desirable but not essential.

You will:

· Share our passion for food with the freshest ingredients and provenance.

· Enjoy working with our customer standards and take pride in delivering the Farndon fields customer experience.

· Have an interest in retail and be able to contribute to our displays – making them stand out and shine!

· Be able to communicate and work well as part of a team.

Steven is one of our Farm Shop Managers and says ‘we pride ourselves in being knowledgeable about all products we have for sale. We work as part of a team to ensure our customers can find what they are looking for and leave happy.'
