Product returns, refunds and replacement Policy
At this moment in time, the products sold on this website are fully refundable if you wish to cancel your order and return the goods to Farndon Fields Farm Ltd. If a gift voucher is found to be damaged during transit this is not bound by our refunds policy as it was no longer in our possession.
Event Ticket refunds policy
If you would like to cancel your booking for an event after you have paid, Farndon Fields are only able to offer you a full refund if the tickets are resold. The ticket(s) is to be resold by Farndon Fields Farm and not by the original purchaser. We will notify you when the ticket(s) has been resold and offer you a full refund.
All products are sold on the basis of click and collect or delivery by post option. You can collect your items from the Farm Shop on the allocated date (if applicable). Otherwise when products such as tickets for events are purchased, the customer will receive a confirmation email detailing their order. Actual tickets will not be distributed.
Vouchers purchased online and delivered by post. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, times or arrival as the vouchers are no longer in our possession. Farndon Fields Farm Ltd must be notified as soon as possible if a voucher does not arrive in the post. The original must be destroyed if recovered. If collection is selected, the purchaser is responsible for collecting the voucher from Farndon Fields. Only the purchaser is authorised to collect the voucher, with proof of payment receipt required.
