Telephone Ordering Service

To help support our elderly and vulnerable customers we are taking orders for home delivery or collection in the car park. We are taking orders and payment over the phone. Please scroll down for ordering details.

Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm | Saturday & Sunday: Closed

How to place an order

  • This service is prioritised for the elderly, vulnerable and those self-isolating.
  • Give us a call on 01858 464838 to place an order - have your shopping list ready! (We're sorry but we can't accept orders sent by email)
  • We'll take your order over the phone and advise a collection or delivery day.
  • There is no minimum order. Delivery is £3, collection is free.
  • We pick your order fresh on the morning of your collection or delivery day.
  • We call you to take payment over the phone for your shopping and advise a time to collect.
  • We're sorry but we can't add items to your order over the phone after your order has been placed. When we call you to take payment, you are welcome to add up to 3 items to your order at this point if required.

 

Car park collections

  • When you call to place an order, you will be advised which day you are booked to collect.
  • On your collection day please wait to hear from us before driving over. This could be anytime between 8am and 6pm.
  • Once we've phoned you to take payment over the phone, your order is then ready for collection.
  • When you arrive in the car park, please park in one of our collection bays.
  • Please open your boot and get back into your car.
  • Please stay in your car and a member of the team will come to your car to get your name (at a safe distance).
  • A member of the team will bring your order out and place it in your boot, taking care not to touch your car or door handles.
  • They will then walk away and leave you to close your car boot.

  • When you place an order, you will be advised a delivery day.
  • We will phone you on the day of your delivery to take payment over the phone. This could be anytime between 8am and 6pm.
  • Orders will be delivered after payment has been made. We're sorry we cannot guarantee a delivery time slot.

 

Pre-made Boxes

We are now offering ready-made boxes of produce that you can add to your order. These boxes will be made up of fresh items we have in the farm shop to make shopping quicker and easier for you.

FAQ's

Do you have a product or price list?

We do not have a product list. Everything that we sell in the farm shop is available to order over the phone. From the staples like fruit and vegetables, to the treats like local gin and freshly baked cakes.

Can I order online?

Unfortunately we do not have an online ordering system. All orders are being taken over the phone.

Should I send an order by email?

Please don't send your order by email, we are unable to process these orders. Please phone us to place an order.

Can I book a delivery or collection slot?

We do not have specific time slots available to book. When you place an order you are given a delivery or collection day. We are working hard to get everyone's order freshly picked as quickly as possible. We will ring you to take payment and advise when your order is ready for collection. This could be anytime between 8am and 5pm.

Can I place a repeat order?

At the moment we do not have this system in place, you will need to ring weekly to place your order. We are planning to set this up at the earliest opportunity.
