Production Kitchen chef

We are looking for a Chef to join our Production Kitchen Team

Do you love creating wholesome dishes and cooking with fresh local ingredients?

Our onsite production kitchen supplies our farm shop and deli counter with freshly baked sweet and savoury products, using the produce from our Farm and Farm shop.

The Farm Shop is open 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday. The working hours for this role can be flexible to meet the shops requirements. The role is full time working approximately 42 to 45 hours a week and weekend work will be required.

Our philosophy is to cook and serve top quality seasonal food using the produce that has been grown on our farm and the fantastic ingredients that are sold in the Farm Shop. Our products change with the seasons and new product development is encouraged throughout the year.

The team are passionate about providing exceptional quality products. This is the perfect role for someone who is eager to develop and enhance their cooking skills.

You will:

· share our passion for food cooking with the freshest ingredients and provenance

· have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high quality products with attention to detail for our customers

· be able to communicate well and work as part of a team

· be able to focus on detail and follow all food and health safety standards
