These free range Bronze turkeys are reared locally and slow grown outdoors on a natural diet. Then dry plucked and game hung for 10 days creating fantastic flavour, succulent meat and beautifully crispy skin when cooked. The crown is the whole turkey with the legs removed, great if you prefer breast meat.
Oven ready with giblets included.
