Our locally reared beef is dry aged on the bone in our specially designed cabinet. The dry aging process concentrates the flavour and makes the meat even more tender. This joint makes a stunning centrepiece, french trimmed by our Butchers and beautifully presented.

This joint is priced per kg at £29.99/kg. A 4 rib joint would cost approximately £160.00. The remaining cost will be charged when your order is completed for collection or delivery.
